Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars and include tax where applicable. An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we will contact you and refund that part of the order.
Custom work and 3D printing
Quotes for product development and 3D printing are prepared from the files and requirements you submit. Uploaded model files are used solely to prepare and fulfill your request.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Risk passes to you on handover to the carrier.
Returns
Standard parts can be returned unused within 30 days. Custom-made and printed parts are excluded from returns unless defective.
